It all began at Gloo Headquarters in Boulder, Colorado where a few people, including Tayloe, were in town from Barna. Brice had just arrived in town for work when he noticed someone new in the office kitchen.

“I turned the corner and saw the most beautiful girl with striking blue eyes! There was something about her that stopped me in my tracks. I knew I had to introduce myself and we quickly bonded over the Kansas City Chiefs. That first conversation was short, but it left an impression on both of us.” - Brice

As God would have it, their paths would continue crossing. Another work trip aligned providing opportunity for another small conversation and the friendship began to grow. Each time, the conversations grew longer, laughter a little louder, and the connection between them undeniable. Eventually, Brice worked up the courage to ask Tayloe out to dinner. That night, something clicked. From that moment on, they were inseparable. They started talking every night, sometimes for hours, and despite the miles between them, it felt like they were always close. God continued laying the path before them in ways that felt too perfect to be coincidence. They both knew that faith was at the center of the life they wanted to build, and that became one of the most magnetic things about each other. They prayed together, talked about each other's walks with God, and saw in each other a faith and value system that felt like home.
